Complete refurbishment of GE LM2500 Package and balance of plant. Installation of new controls system, GE LM2500 major overhaul, new coils installation at the Brush generator, new MCC and 11KV voltage. After plant completeness is 2013 Simebest – MFS will run and maintain this plant for the next 2 years.
